*Dried clover blossoms can be found at fine health food stores. To find fresh red clover, just step out into your front yard and pick 1 or 2 handfuls of your clover blossoms – as simple as that! Use fresh, or if drying the clover, place between 2 paper towels and allow to dry naturally in a warm, dry environment. If you’re planning on drying the clover, harvest early morning when there’s still some dew on the flower (this will help keep the color after the blossoms dry).

Note: Oh, and please check out your flowers to make sure there are no bugs and that flowers have not been sprayed with pesticides! And last, but not least, be careful not to bruise your flowers! There…now you’re an official harvester, dried clover can be placed in a mason jar and used for future cups of tea tonic!
