Inner Peace Apple Spiced Red Raspberry Leaf Tea Tonic.

This tea has a delicate, subtle, earthy flavour with a delicious blend of apple ‘n spice, a nice way to enjoy raspberry leaves with every sip. Just as delicious warm or chilled, very refreshing, a taste of inner peace.

 2 cups warm filtered water
 3 teaspoons dried red raspberry leaf loose tea or 3 tea bags
 1 cinnamon stick
 A few cloves
 1 cup pure organic apple juice
 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
 Honey, raw unpasteurized, to taste
 Cinnamon (I prefer 'True' Cinnamon)

Place warm water into a large pitcher and add tea, cinnamon stick and cloves. Steep for an hour 60 Minutes or longer (depending on how strong you want the flavour). Remove the spices and tea. Add the apple juice, lemon juice and honey (if using) and stir well. Serve chilled or if you prefer a nice warm drink, heat slightly. Serve dusted with cinnamon.
