Melt the coconut butter and coconut oil using a double boiler. If you don’t have a double boiler, simply place a heat-proof glass bowl in a pot filled with shallow, boiling water. After the coconut butter and oil has melted, add the peppermint extract, matcha powder, and maple syrup (if desired). Mix to combine. Pour the mixture into a mold (or a small muffin tin with muffin wrappers). Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes 10 Minutes to set. Enjoy and store in the refrigerator!
