SuperCharged Mint Tropical Berry Smoothie.

This SuperCharged Smoothie is absolutely delicious, I love the blend of the mint and berries, it's oh, so refreshing.

  • Yields: 2 SuperCharged Smoothies


5 oranges

½ cup coconut water

2 cups fresh wild blueberries (or frozen)

1 cup fresh peaches (or frozen)

½ cup red grapes

1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated (or more to taste)

Small handful spinach

½ avocado

5 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

½ tablespoon ground flaxseed or chia seed

For an added supercharge boost:

Add ½ tablespoon chaga medicinal mushroom powder!

A splash of love


Slice the oranges in half, and juice. Pour the juice and coconut water into your blender, add the fruit and fresh ginger. Blend well. Then add spinach, avocado, mint and seeds, blending until well-mixed. Add water for consistency if required. Stay Charged!
