Take Heart RoseHip Iced Tea Tonic.

Rose hips make a refreshingly delicious iced tea and are naturally high in vitamin C and antioxidants! They're said to be good for your heart, as is the pomegranate juice!

  • Yields: 4 Refreshing Glasses.

Ingredients

4 cups water

4 tablespoons dried rosehips (or 4 tea bags)

1 cup pomegranate juice

Cinnamon

Method

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add rosehips, cover, reduce heat, and simmer gently for about 8 minutes 8 Minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in juice. Leave covered to steep for 10 minutes 10 Minutes. Strain tea through a fine sieve.

Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate. Fill glasses with ice, top with iced tea, dust with cinnamon and enjoy!
