Well-built Spiced Lemon Ginger Tea Tonic.

This spiced, tart tea has a definite kick to it, comfort in a mug! It's heart-warming and healthy, which makes me love this tea.

  • Yields: 1 Cup of Comfort


½ lemon, juiced, to taste

¼ inch ginger, grated or thinly sliced (wash thoroughly and leave skin on)

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

½ - 1 teaspoon raw, unpasteurized honey, to taste

¼ teaspoon turmeric

Pinch cayenne pepper

1 cup boiled, then cooled water (still hot)

For an added boost:

Drizzle with coconut oil

A splash of love


Squeeze lemon juice into your favourite mug, add other ingredients, top with hot water, stir, steep for 10 minutes 10 Minutes , strain and sip!
