Fountain of Youth Tropical Berry Antioxidant Smoothie.

I know…”What? Celery in a smoothie??” But wait...not only is celery water-rich, it’s also fiber-rich…a perfect detox match, dietary fiber AND hydration! Blueberries are one of the best antioxidant foods around, they can do wonders for your health. Adding orange juice to this smoothie makes it a VERY healthy one with its high Vitamin C. With the peaches and pineapple you get the tropical flavour that you can’t help but love, plus loads of nutrients! The greens also add a nutritious ‘punch’ along with healthy fat and protein! Bon appetite!

Ingredients

3 stalks celery

1 cup blueberries

1 orange, juiced

½ cup peaches

½ cup pineapple

½ cup arugula or baby spinach

2 cucumbers

1 avocado

½ cup coconut water or filtered water if preferred

½ tablespoon ground flaxseed or chia seed

For an added boost:

½ tablespoon chaga mushroom powder

½ cup papaya

A splash of love

Method

Place ingredients into blender, blend well. Add water for consistency if required. Stay Young!
