Ingredients

½ freshly-squeezed organic lemon juice

1 cup lukewarm water, boiled and cooled

1-2 tablespoon raw organic apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon ground turmeric

½ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of cayenne pepper and ground cloves

A splash of love

Method
