1 ½ cups bittersweet chocolate, chopped (71% cacao and higher)
½ - 1 teaspoon matcha green tea, to taste
½ cup crispy quinoa puffed cereal
½ teaspoon ground anise
½ cup roasted sesame seeds
¼ cup chia seed
Pinch Himalayan sea salt

Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

In metal bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, melt chocolate until smooth.

Mix matcha and quinoa, coating well. Add anise, crispy quinoa, sesame seeds, chia seed to chocolate.

Pour and spread chocolate mixture evenly onto baking sheet. Sprinkle with fleur de sel, press. Chill for about 30 minutes 30 Minutes and break into pieces.
