Lemon Ginger Honey ‘Spa’ Infused Water.
Juice of 2 lemons
2-inch piece of ginger root, grated
Raw, unpasteurized honey

Orange Coconut Water ‘Foam’.
2 oranges, juiced
1 cup coconut water
Pinch true cinnamon
½ teaspoon orange zest

Cold Buster Vitamin C Orange Smoothie.
1 banana, fresh or frozen
2 large oranges
½ freshly squeezed lemon
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 kiwi, coarsely chopped
1 small carrot
1-inch fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
½ cup coconut milk, or your favourite!

Ginger Honey Tea Tonic.
1 cup fresh ginger
Raw, unpasteurized honey
Pinch ‘true’ cinnamon

Turmeric Lemon Infused Hot Spa Drink.
Fresh juice from half a lemon
¼ teaspoon turmeric dry or finely grated fresh
¼ teaspoon ginger, freshly grated

Immune-Boosting Elderberry AstragalusDetox Tea Tonic.
2 tablespoons dried elderberries
2 teaspoons astragalus root
¼ teaspoon True Ceylon cinnamon
½ teaspoon turmeric

Elderberry Chai-Spiced Syrup.
