A fresh well-built delicious smoothie that's highly recommended! Health with every single sip.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen wild blueberries

1 large apple, cored

Juice of 1 lemon

4-inch cucumber

½ cup Italian flat leaf parsley

1 cup kale or baby spinach

1 avocado

1 banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 tablespoon chia seeds, ground

½ tablespoon ground flaxseed

1 cup water, more if needed

A splash of love

Method

Place all the ingredients into your blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all the ingredients are smooth and blended. Add more water till you get the desired consistency.
